RFD Ceremony | 26 February 2010

A ceremony was held at the Raleigh City Council chambers on 26 February 2010 to honor recently promoted personnel and retirees from 2009. Our very own Piper - Patrick McArdle provided pipe music for the ceremony which was followed by a short parade and reception at RFD Station 1.
